On the 3rd of June 2020 I thought to myself, what is the best way to showcase New Zealand made food products? With everything going on in the world today, what better way to get New Zealand brands out there than showing people what they can make with their delicious products? I then set out on my mission to find a range of New Zealand owned and operated food businesses that I had never heard of, as well as some more well known brands. Within 2 weeks I had all my recipe ideas jotted down in my little notebook and started reaching out to various brands telling them all about my book concept. They loved it and thus, NZ MADE was born. I was and still am absolutely blown away with how many brands were keen on being featured in my book. It has been such a privilege working with each and every brand to produce NZ MADE. After countless hours of recipe tests, many emails and gorging on masses of food, I could not be happier with my first written cookbook.
