This is a comic book which is enjoyed by all ages. It starts with a simple story, then a question page written by teachers helps young and old to consider how to support someone in hospital. There is also a page for the chronically ill parent, "5 tips for planning for the next hospital admission." Super Jonny is the ideal resource for any home library.

About the Author

Simone is a radiation therapist who trained at Auckland hospital. She has a passion for writing good resources for chronically ill mothers. She describes it this way, "Professionally I knew a lot about chronic illness from years working in radiation therapy. However, when I developed Crohn's disease, I gained the lived experience. Going on drugs like prednisone and azathioprine (imrun) opened my eyes to the type of resources that were needed." Simone was diagnosed with Crohn's disease in 1988. Jasmine is a graphic designer and illustrator. This is her first venture into children's illustration. You can find Jasmine's work online at www.Behance.net and various social platforms.
