About the Author

Alice Taylor was a MasterChef New Zealand star in 2022. She has a Master of Politics with Distinction from the University of Otago. Alice has worked as a pastry chef at top restaurants Baduzzi and Amisfield. She's now a food writer, works as a pastry chef at Paris Butter and plans to open her own baking business.
