Mumbles, memories and mutters conjured a raft of rambles and reflections. What shall I read this summer you may ask? It is my time to chill and be lazy. A gift of mostly poetry, a peppering of remembering with Reggie Reflections, wrapped up in a bow. From the manipulation of cats, stuffing tradition, tributes, to the intricacy of names, a chocolate box of alphabeta - yes, we did borrow both those words from the Greeks - treats. Stuff yourself silly all at once for a laugh, sniff, receive affirmation you are not alone or consume in random order at leisure. Musings from my Manuka is R. de Wolf's third book of Reggie Reflections following in the footsteps of Poetry in a Pear Tree and Poetry in a Pohutukawa. You will not find competition winning poems herein that will make your brain hurt, merely humble prompts and observations of life scribbled into pages. Easy to read, pop in your bag, or wrap as a gift. What are you waiting for? Enjoy!
